FYVZ is the 5-a-side football game available at fyvz.club and as the FYVZ mobile app. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have. For anything privacy-related, contact support@fyvz.club.
FYVZ is operated by NC09 LTD, a company registered in England and Wales. [Company number and registered address to be inserted before launch.]
Account details: your email address, name, and date of birth (used only to check you are old enough to play), plus the identity you choose for the game — display name, @username and team name.
Profile extras you choose to add: manager bio, club crest, club colours and preferred club.
Gameplay data: your picks, points, leagues, trophies and results.
Device data: a push-notification token if you allow notifications, your notification preferences, and technical error reports if the app crashes.
Scout subscriptions are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). FYVZ never sees or stores your card details. We receive only your subscription status — via our subscription-management provider, RevenueCat — so we can unlock Scout features on your account.
To run the game: deadlines, scoring, league tables, trophies and season history.
To send you login codes and the notifications you have switched on in Settings.
To keep FYVZ fair and safe: reviewing profiles reported by other players and enforcing our terms.
To fix problems: crash and error reports help us find and repair faults.
Other players see only your game identity: display name or @username, team name, crest, club colours, country flag and bio. Your real name, email address and date of birth are never shown to other players.
Only the service providers that run FYVZ for us: cloud hosting, email delivery, push-notification services (Expo, Apple, Google), subscription management (RevenueCat) and error reporting (Sentry). Our football-data provider receives nothing about you.
We never sell your data.
FYVZ is free to play, and free accounts may be shown adverts. Scout subscribers never see ads.
If adverts are shown, our advertising partners may process a device advertising identifier to display and measure them. Where the law requires it, we will ask for your consent before any personalised advertising, and you will be able to change your choice in Settings.
Community league organisers do not control adverts and never see any advertising data about you.
We keep your data while your account is active. League tables and season history retain your game identity so past results stay accurate.
You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account (or by contacting support@fyvz.club) — your personal data is deleted immediately and your historical results are anonymised.
You must be at least 13 to play FYVZ. We use your date of birth only to check this.
Under UK and EU data-protection law you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to restrict or object to how we use it. Email support@fyvz.club and we will respond promptly.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
Your data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and access to it is restricted. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we take the protection of your data seriously.
If we make material changes to this policy we will tell you in the app. The latest version always lives on this page.
