By creating an account or using the FYVZ mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the App. FYVZ reserves the right to update these terms at any time — continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
FYVZ is a free-to-play football platform that allows users to compete in weekly Premier League prediction games for bragging rights and leaderboard position. FYVZ is completely free — there are no entry fees, stakes, or charges. The App is operated by FYVZ. For any queries, contact us at support@fyvz.club.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By registering, you confirm that you are 13 or older. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be immediately suspended.
You may only hold one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
To use the App, you must create an account by providing a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify FYVZ immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use.
All information provided during registration must be accurate and kept up to date. FYVZ reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.
FYVZ is a weekly Premier League game based on real Premier League matches. Users select a squad of 4 outfield players, 1 goalkeeper, and 1 manager — each from a different Premier League club. Users may choose from three formations: Balanced (1-2-1), Attacking (1-1-2), or Defensive (2-1-1).
Points are awarded based on real match events including goals, assists, clean sheets, tackles, saves, and cards. The user with the highest total points in their league at the end of the gameweek tops the leaderboard.
All squad selections must be locked before the published gameweek deadline. Once locked, selections cannot be changed. FYVZ determines match results and point allocations based on official data sources, and all scoring decisions are final.
Users may create private leagues and invite others to join using a league code. FYVZ is completely free to play — there are no entry fees, stakes, or charges to create or join a league. All members of a league compete on the same gameweek under the same rules.
At the end of each gameweek, users are ranked by their total points and the user with the most points tops the league leaderboard. In the event of a tie — where two or more players finish on the same total points — they share the same leaderboard position and are ranked joint.
WORLDZ is a free global weekly competition open to all FYVZ users. When entering, users may choose to use the same squad from a league entry or create a new squad. There is no cost to enter WORLDZ.
All WORLDZ entrants are ranked on a single global leaderboard for each gameweek based on their total points. If two or more players finish on the same total points, they share the same leaderboard position and are ranked joint.
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App, other users' accounts, or any systems connected to the App.
You must not use the App to harass, threaten, or abuse other users. You must not exploit inside information, use automated tools or bots, or engage in any form of cheating or collusion. FYVZ reserves the right to investigate and take action against any user suspected of violating these rules, including account suspension.
All content within the App — including but not limited to the design, graphics, text, software, and branding — is owned by FYVZ or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without prior written consent.
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein. FYVZ takes the security of your personal data seriously but cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.
FYVZ does not guarantee that the App will always be available or error-free. We may suspend access for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons without prior notice. We are not liable for any loss arising from the App being temporarily unavailable.
FYVZ may release updates to the App from time to time. Continued use of the App may require you to install updates. If you do not install required updates, certain features may become unavailable.
FYVZ is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FYVZ excludes all warranties, whether express or implied. FYVZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the App.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
FYVZ may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these terms, are suspected of fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
You may close your account at any time by contacting support@fyvz.club.
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. FYVZ is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.
If you have a complaint, please contact support@fyvz.club. We will endeavour to resolve all complaints promptly and fairly. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter through the appropriate external dispute resolution channels.
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and FYVZ. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force. FYVZ's failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
